# VerifyInbox

Verify emails, detect risky addresses, and keep your lists clean before you send. Real-time API, bulk verification, SMTP checks, and disposable-domain detection.

## What it does

- **Domain search** — every business email address published on a company's own site, each with
  the page it came from, when it was first seen, and whether it is still on that page.
- **Email finder** — a person's address from their name and company domain, using the address
  pattern inferred from that domain's known addresses.
- **Email verification** — an SMTP check against the real mail server, metered against sending
  IPs under warmup so results stay accurate at volume.

## What makes the results different

- Every address carries **citations**: source URL, first-seen date, last-seen date, and a
  still-on-page flag. Freshness is visible, not assumed.
- Confidence is reported as **factors**, not one opaque number. Every score can be expanded to
  see what produced it.
- A verdict of `unknown` is distinct from `undeliverable`. When an IP is blocked or DNS fails,
  the mailbox was never tested — calling that "undeliverable" removes real customers from real
  lists, so we do not.
- How a contact's **name** was established is reported too: from the publisher's schema.org
  markup, from page structure, or inferred from the local part.
