Pricing questions
Does the free plan really renew every month?
Yes — 100 credits, every month, without a card. Most competitors grant a one-time allowance and call it a free tier, which means it is gone the first week and the product is unusable afterwards.
What happens if a search finds nothing?
You are not charged. A domain search with no results, an email finder that returns no address, and a company lookup for a domain we have not indexed are all free. Charging for an empty answer is indefensible in a metered product.
What happens when a verification is inconclusive?
It is not charged either. When a mail server blocks our probe or DNS fails, the mailbox was never tested — so there is nothing to bill for. You get a result marked unknown and retryable, and your balance is untouched.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits expire at the end of the month they were granted for. Purchased credit packs last 12 months. Credits are always spent soonest-expiring first, so a monthly allowance is used before a pack you paid cash for.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Seats are included on every plan and credits are the only meter. Charging per seat makes teams share one login, which is worse for everyone including us.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and any credits you purchased outright stay in your account until they expire.
