Company email formats
Company email formats
The address template a company uses, the mail provider behind its domain, and the authentication records it publishes. One page per domain, no account.
50 companies
Each page reports the inferred address pattern, with the published addresses behind it, plus the domain's mail configuration read straight from DNS.

What this set looks like
Of the 50 domains above, 35 use Google Workspace, 10 use Proofpoint, 2 use Mimecast and 1 uses Cloudflare Email Security. 37 publish a DMARC policy of p=reject.
These counts describe this list of 50 well-known technology companies and nothing else. They are not a sample of the internet, and they are not a statistic about email in general — they are simply what these fifty domains publish, as read on 11 September 2026.
Looking for a company that is not listed? The email pattern finder works on any domain, and the email finder goes from a name and a domain to a verified address.
Questions about email formats
What is the most common business email format?
{first}.{last} — [email protected] — is the one most organisations use, with {first} and {f}{last} the common alternatives. The only way to know for a specific company is to look at addresses it has published itself, which is what the pattern finder does.
How do you work out a company's email format?
From addresses the company publishes where the person's name is also known. [email protected] belonging to Jane Doe is one vote for {first}.{last}. Confidence comes from agreement and sample size, and a local part matching several templates splits its vote so one ambiguous sample cannot outweigh a clear one.
What is the email format at <company>?
Enter the domain on its page here and the tool reports the template, how many published addresses it was inferred from, and how much they agreed. Each page also shows the company's MX records, mail provider, SPF and DMARC policy, read directly from DNS with the date they were read.
Why did you not find a pattern for this domain?
Because the company publishes too few addresses with names attached for a pattern to mean anything. Reporting one from a single sample would be presenting a guess as a finding. The DNS facts on the page are unaffected — those are read directly from the domain.
