Where VerifyInbox is the better choice
MillionVerifier reports three buckets — good, risky and bad. `risky` is where everything uncertain goes, and the file does not tell you which uncertainty you have. Here the same address comes back as `unknown` with a reason: `catch_all` is a different instruction from `greylisted`, which is a different instruction again from `mailbox_full`. It also does not find addresses.

On price per address at large volume MillionVerifier is cheaper than anything we publish, and they refund every result they cannot make certain — which is a better rule than ours on catch-all domains.
What does a risky result mean at MillionVerifier?
Their own description is an address they cannot verify with certainty, and they refund it. It is one bucket for several different conditions. The equivalent here is unknown with a reason code — catch_all, greylisted, mailbox_full and the rest — because what you should do next differs by which one it is.
